For me, painting is about tapping into the potential and qualities of color to forge connections and achieve greater harmony among new forms through line. My goal is to create a dynamic and vibrant space. The effect of dry brush strokes in the early layers of my work, combined with the gradual transformation of the content within the frame into soft, unstable waves over time, allows me to explore the questions that linger in my mind. This compels me to spend countless hours standing before the blank wall of my studio, day and night, for years on end.
