In the late seventies, Mina my mother was working in the newly opened Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art.
Very young I was surrounded by art and artists. I remember my parents taking me to Hossein Zenderoudi's atelier to look at his paintings in France. When I moved to Tehran, I started collecting contemporary art in the early nineties. My favourite pass time was to visit Iranian artists and spend time in their ateliers.
Finally, Mina and I decided to open a space dedicated to art in December 2003.
Our aim is to promote Iranian artists and to show in the best way possible the enormous potential existing in this old land among Iranian artists.
